Taxi driver’s license training
For whom
The taxi driver’s license training is aimed at individuals motivated to become professional taxi drivers. Our training provides a clear understanding of how to operate as a professional taxi driver and prepares you for the official taxi driver’s license exam.
Training mode
Taxi driver’s license training consists of a two-day course, with 6 hours of instruction each day.
Following the training, we provide a 4-week internship in our proprietary training system, allowing you to practice with example exam questions and apply your knowledge in a practical setting.
The course content
Our training covers the following topics:
- Passenger assistance and safety;
- Special needs of different passenger groups;
- Customer service in taxi services;
- Factors affecting transportation and traffic safety.

Special group driver’s training (Kela)
For whom
This training is mandatory for all taxi drivers who provide KELA or SOTE transport
Traning mode
The duration of the training is 21 hours, divided over three days. The training will be conducted both in-person and partially online, but the practical component (7 hours) will always take place on-site.
Training requirements
If you obtained your taxi driver’s license after July 1, 2018, you must complete the full 21-hour training. If your license was granted before this date, only required to participate in the 7- hour practical training.
Certification
Drivers detail will be registered in to the Traficom system. The theoretical and practical instruction meets Traficom’s new regulation on taxi driver training for special needs groups: TRAFICOM/390977/03.04.03.00/2020.

21 hours training: 323,90 € + alv 25,5 % ja Traficom fee 18,50 € + vat 0 % (Total 424.99 €) , 7 hours training: 145,19 € + alv 25,5 % and Traficom fee 18,50 € + alv 0 % (Total 199.99 €)
